Availability
All orders are supplied subject to product availability. You will be contacted if an order has been approved and we do not have a product in stock.
Payment
All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars (NZD), inclusive of GST. Payments can be made by credit card (Visa and MasterCard) or online banking. Online banking payments will have bank details sent upon submitting your order. Goods will not be released until receipt of payment. Customer Details By purchasing from our website, you agree that your email maybe used for promotional purposes by Me Too Foods Ltd only. Your details will not be sold or passed to any third-party company. All care is taken to protect your personal information. Any changes to your personal information can be done by contacting us via our details below or our Contact Us page. Payment by Credit Card
Your payment is processed through eWAY Payment Gateway. eWAY secures all your customer and credit-card data with military-grade software and servers, and the highest level of encryption available. Me Too Foods does not store or transfer any of your credit card information. All data is transferred using eWAY secure servers.
Payment by Online Banking
If you have selected Online Banking Payment upon checkout, payment must be made within 7 days or the order will be cancelled. Account details are sent to your email upon completion of the checkout. Account details are also listed at the end of the T&Cs.
Delivery
Orders will be processed within 3 business days. Delivery will be no later than 10 business days after the order is received unless the customer has been advised otherwise. Me Too Foods Ltd will not be liable for delays due to causes beyond our control. All deliveries are non-signatory. Please indicate any delivery instructions, eg where to leave the goods if you are not home (under a tree, at the back door).
Fresh Products
Where a fresh product has been purchased (such as fresh bread), the customer will be contacted within 2 working days to advise them of an estimated delivery time if the stock is not on hand.
Chilled Products
Chilled products are items that need a fridge or freezer. These products require a chilly bin and ice packs. This is included in the courier price except for the South Island ($10) which is added automatically to the courier price. Delivery of chilled items are nationwide to non-rural addresses only. While all care is taken to maintain the quality of the product, all chilled products are sent at the purchaser’s own risk. Over 95% of our chilled deliveries are received the next day from pickup by the courier. Me Too Foods Ltd will not be liable for any delays with such deliveries.
Gifts
By clicking Send as gift you agree to the T&Cs of our gifting policy. Items will be packaged as reasonable as to not be damaged while trying to maintain a gift packaging standard. This may include wrapping glass items individually. Chilled products cannot be gift wrapped.
Pay by Account
Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID or account code as the payment reference. Payment must be received within 14 days of purchase or your account will be put on stop credit. You will be emailed an invoice with payment due date and account number within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Refunds
If you believe that you require a refund, please contact us via our Contact Us page and we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. A store credit will be offered in lieu of refund unless the customer requests a refund.
